And I actually surprised myself with what I managed to do.
Mainly the bicep curl - it says minimum 8 lb / 3.6kg for women so I went for 10 lb / 4.5kg and managed 40 reps!!!!
In and outs are a bitch, they really hurt!
Measurements are taken but I couldn't get anyone to take my pics so I have video'd myself instead. I can take stills from that if necessary but I actually think the vid showing movements/poses is actually even better to compare to.
So I'm expecting to be uncomfortable tomorrow with some doms but I'm hopeful of none and as soon as I'm recovered it's time to press play!!! Bring it!!
