Today Day 2 I did Plyo and loved it. Honestly I might be odd but I
really enjoyed it. I kept up with them far better than I expected too
although I may regret it tomorrow.

I did some more stretching afterwards as Tony doesn't do much at all so I
did some of my Rip 60 Stretches which I found really good and
worthwhile doing so I hope that helps with the doms.
But saying that my hip flexors are beginning to complain already so I think I jumped over too many tires today
The only move I couldn't get was the pitch and catch - I am so not American!! Will try harder next time
