Did yoga today and used my push up bars for all the vynyasas (I ought to check the spelling of that?) with runners pose. I was better, I still couldn't swing my leg though without assistance but it was easier to get it back again. Although the upward dogs then felt a little odd as I was up higher??
But still loved it and bring on Legs and Back tomorrow
