Worked hard today and considering the lack of sleep because of the thunderstorm last night, I'm pleased with my progress (more reps and more weights
I did less in ARX at the beginning because I was toast but that actually then helped me push on to do more in the later stages more than I'd done before so that worked really well.
I also noticed this last week that I know I'm pushing harder each session and yet generally speaking my Heart rate is lower and therefore I'm burning less calories but I guess that is an indication of getting fitter right????
