Day 16 Plyo
Very careful to avoid all twisting stuff so for example the squat switch
pick up - I didn't switch but still did the jump. Stuck ski poles in
and jump on the spot without changing knee angle.
Everywhere I could I still jumped but with no twisting.
So slightly dulled in some bits but I still really enjoyed it
