Busy day but managed to sneak in something so got another combat in - didn't jump too much as knees not happy with all the plyo stuff lately but still really enjoyed it, burnt a few calories and relieved a bit of stress ;)

Had a very busy day and didn't think I was gonna get my workout in but manage to squeeze in Bodycombat61 and it was awesome! Some more new combos and quick changes but really got the heart going and I got a great burn!!! Loved it!!
