Phase 3 Week 9 Day 4 Yoga X
This was kinda tough today, probably because is such a while since I've done it.
Had a weird noise from my shoulder when I put my arms out to the side
for the seated hamstring stretch which worried me for a few seconds but
wow it feels tons better and more solid since so really pleased with
that.
