tweaked my shoulder yesterday but not sure how? So figured I'd do my planned plyocide anyway as it's mostly legs Doh! I forgot how much arm stuff there was in it!

I loved it, was wary of shoulder and it was painful in a few parts but generally it was great. Big improvements noticed for me on the single hops section, the jumps over the line bit and jumps using the lines on the floor near the end (can't remember the names ). Apart from a short break on the single leg hops I managed to keep up which was awesome compared to last time
Groiners are still impossible for me at speed but getting better, my mary katherines seemed much quicker tonight i.e. actually had some speed instead stepping them so really pleased with that. I think I was trying to go too deep before
Of all the workouts I've done, nobody can make me sweat like Tony does
I also forgot about the kicking section and the warrior 3 lunges - oooh my glutes knew to those after combat yesterday!
