LM Pump Challenge with my mum again tonight
It went ok, she struggles with the whole body co-ordination moves for some reason - she does the dead row, she does the clean & press after a few goes but then putting them together is tough. If we do it together slow she's fine, she watches the team and with the speed they go at and she gets all frustrated
I'm pretty sure it's just practice she needs, I learnt all these moves back in '09 so to me its a walk in the park but for someone who's never done it before it can be quite tricky!
Squats I did @ 7kg, I added a bit of weight to my bar this time around for chest = 8kg, tris and more for dead, clean and press 9kg Shoulders were 2 x 3kg
I started with weight on the lunges (2 x 3kg) but my legs were screaming so I went without for a few reps, those 4 counts and bottom halves are tough on my legs! Lots of leg stuff this week and not enough sleep last night - here's to a good night sleep.
