Tried BodyPump (Last time a tried Pump was on DVD in 2014!) today and I was really short on time (annoyingly so because of work grr) so only managed about 28 mins of the workout but it was good fun. (Warm up, Squats, Chest and Back tracks)
I only went with a 7kg bar for the whole thing as experience says if I go crazy with too much weight and all those reps I will regret it over the next 2-3 days lol.
The squats had my legs screaming though! Chest was just about maangeable and def. need to go heavier on the back track next time.
