P90X3 Complex upper and Accelerator
Wow this was a crazy combo and one not to be repeated the day after Lower complex and X3 AB ripper!!
Upper was great - I did push press instead of lunge thrust press as I did so much leg work yesterday it seems a good idea but accelerator was tough - my plank muscles were toast after AB Ripper yesterday and the stabilisers from Upper, I had to skip a few of the last few moves because I was soo toast!!
Good fun though ;)
