P90X Chest, Shoulders and Triceps
Wowser I forgot what a great chest workout this one was!! Not much Shoulders but lots of triceps ouchy!!!
Anyone got a good alternative for Legs and Back?? Legs back week after week can get a bit same ish...I was wondering about X3 Eccentric Lower or maybe Complex lower which will give me legs but no back so maybe followed by Eccentric Upper or Complex Upper??? Any thoughts peeps??
