P90X Shoulders and Arms
Long day today but got it done this evening after resting yesterday.
Upped weights and reps where I could. I subbed the chair dips and upright rows again to protect my shoulder and skipped the side tri rises completely. If no issues with shoulder next week I will do them next time.
Had to take a quick phone call but still a Great workout ;)
