P90X Shoulders and Arms
I avoided the stuff that upset my shoulder like last week but felt an odd pain in my shoulder on the deep swimmers press - hopefully thats my shoulder sorting itself out at last!
Pushed on this tonight and failed completely on lying tricep extension (could get the weight of the floor after failing the rep and not smashing my face lol) and the last bicep exercise the Congdon curls I failed on rep 6 @ 20lb only made about 1/4 of the way up! Remember with weight training - Failure is success!!!!
