P90X Legs and Back
Went much better today, good progress, more reps and more assisted pull ups and chin ups ;) I managed all the Sneaky Lunges and 80/20 speed squats today too :)
Also swopped the deadlift squats which I find really easy for deadlifts - 15 @ 30 lbs/13.6kg (2 x 15lb) and 8 @ 60lb/27.2kg ( 2 x 30lb)
