P90X3 Complex Lower + X3 Ab Ripper
Phew this one is pretty good little workout, with lots of reps the weights get heavy quick!
The bounding split squats (mary katherines) were I think my best yet ;) and the Deadlift, squat, lunge, lunge combo is a beauty!!!!
Chased it with Ab ripper and wowser that's a real 'hate it but love it ' routine if ever you did one ouchy!!!!!
