P90X Chest, Shoulders and Triceps + Ab Ripper
My chest wasn't fully recovered from sat ready for this, so my change of programming wasn't right at all last week but still got a great workout and pushed hard - shaky arms at the end ;)
Upped some of my weights where I could and increased my reps where I couldn't lol
Also Shoulder felt good so although careful with depth got some great tricep dips in - wahoo!!
