P90X Shoulders and Arms + Ab Ripper
Finally I got my workout in today and it felt great. I was wary of my shoulder and I skipped the dips and the upright rows completely. I subbed in lateral raises and tricep extensions.
Nothing really made it moan except the side tri rises so after 8 reps I stopped and skipped the 2nd round of it completely.
Ab ripper was tough very much like I remember my first ever attempt was actually lol But my hip flexors were not happy at all. I did as much as I could and as Tony says - I did my best and forgot the rest!!!
