I did Insanity The Asylum Back to Core today.
The time flew by - I looked up thinking about 15-20 mins to go and found only 2 mins left = the quickest workout I think I've ever done.
This one is amazing for the back def. gonna be a regular for me to get my back good and strong! Thank you Shaun T!
The jumping jacks get tiring / calf cramping real quick but I really enjoyed it!
