Chalene Extreme Lean Phase Week 1 Lean Circuit 1
OMG - is all I can say to it - it was brutal!!! Who knew Chalene could make you work so hard!!!
After the 8-12 reps of Burn and Push meaning max of 30 reps if you do one the same muscle group twice...this first lean circuit has over 60 bicep curls in it (All straight not even hammers for variety!)...no wonder everyone says how sore they are!!!
I'm so not looking forward to the doms tomorrow ;(
This was really tough tonight, I couldn't believe how hard it was - I was pretty tired from working on the garden over the weekend which I'm guessing didn't help but wow, my biceps were screaming!!!!
