Wow that is workout and a half PHEW!!!!!
I only used 2 x 5lb and I'll up that next time but everything else did me in ;( Loads of push ups and the plank stuff Oh My Word!!!!
Do the first round of the circuit and think ok this doable and then the second round you do the same with some extra stuff and then would you believe the 3rd round he piles even more on top. Shaun T knows his stuff and he knows how to work you!!!!
But I loved it and can't wait to do it again lol
Never done hip flys but did them all so pleased with that but might know to all tomorrow. It months since I've done any pull ups (assisted of course) but it felt good to get back to them.
Got to take the pup to the vets in the morning for boosters and check up and thankfully its early first thing before my doms will kick in otherwise not sure I could pick him up!
