I had to do Crazy 8's again to see if I could get it right..and I did it ;) I'm no dancer thats for sure but the last move had me beat the first time but this time I think I nailed it :)
Straight into Build shoulders and got the weights spot on this time where I only just managed to finish some of the sets. Except the shrugs, they were that easy I had to stop counting at 9 when I was supped to be doing 8!!! Lets add another 3kg and go for 10kg's next time ;)
My mum patted me on my leg/thigh today and said "Oooh you got some muscles coming in those legs!" Yay for beasty legs :) :) :)
