Short on time tonight after a drive to Bedford and back! Although the plan said Build legs - It seems silly to just do 2 more build ones and it just didn't seem to flow. The bulk ones I believe are slightly shorter so I went for Bulk legs instead.
Wowser thats a lot of lunges! I was cautious with the weight as my legs were screaming very early on.
The sumo's were ok just about but the spilt lunge super set I got all wrong, he didn't seem to change legs so I did and then it was all out of sequence so I will have to watch that through for next time so I know what I'm doing?
Enjoyed it though overall, even though my head phones and HRM decided not to work grrrr
