Bodybeast Cardio and Abs
Busy day managed to get it done thank goodness.
Went with 2kg for shoulder press - was much better than the 3kgs last time, 3kgs for everything else.
Pushed hard and really enjoyed it. Mountain climbers are getting much better and really pleased with my burpees too ;)
Those squat holds are still really burny burny though!!
Abs was noticeable improvement too yay!
