Upped my DB Chest press to 25lbs and just managed it ;)
Fly and press were the same, upped my close grip to 8kg and partial chest fly to 5kg and managed more decline push ups - 12,10 & 8 so really please with that.
The last super set I kept the weights the same and did the drop set properly this time and managed more military push ups wahoo!!
Dips I did them all with straight legs this time so yay me and managed 18 with 2 breaks. Also got 30 in and outs up from 28 :)
