Upped some of weights again on Shoulders and was pleased with progress. 10kg shrugs - who knew the traps were so strong, def try 13.6kg/30lb next time.
My shoulders have always been week so looking forward to improve on my 2 x 5kg shoulder press for 8 reps tonight.
Fancied doing something else tonight so had to try the 2nd Cize routine 'You got this' and it's crazy!!! Really fast paced compared to crazy 8's but good fun. One part I couldn't get my head round at all but will try harder next time.
