Body Beast Build Chest and Tri's
I really enjoyed today, need to up my chest press weights next time but my triceps stuff was spot on as I only just managed to complete the reps.
I was really pleased that I did the decline push ups - first time I've done them with my feet that high on my bench - didn't go crazy deep or manage all the reps but the only way is up from here ;)
