Insanity Cardio Power and Resistance
I had 2 days off (hard but my body needed it) and I'm back at it today with Insanity Cardio Power and Resistance and I love it - it was tough don't get me wrong, especially all those moving push ups and floor sprints but I loved it ;)
Those V push ups were tough and so were the tricep dips - I'm normally ok with tricep dips but after the V push ups my tri's were toast before i started the dips!
My HRM was messing about today for some reason - I think it need to batteries!
