Rested yesterday or should I say didn't do any extra lol, after lacking sleep and feeling like I needed the rest I listened to my body.
Today I smashed Chalene Extreme Wk 3 Burn Circuit 2
Upped most of my weights again and boy oh boy my biceps!! That set of extreme slow ones had me moaning and groaning!!!
My push ups are getting stronger every session though ;)
Loving it!
