Chalene Extreme Wk 3 Burn Intervals
Went well tonight and I pushed as much as I could. Shoulder presses felt stronger and I managed a few more over head tricep extensions before having to take a break. I should probably drop down the weight but I'm trying to match Chalene with the 5lb'ers!
Been feeling a little tired this week even after 9 hours sleep last night, so I think my body is asking for a recovery week. I've been going hard for 4 weeks now, so I think I will have a different/lighter recovery week then move on to push phase (6-8 rep range) - that should be new, fun and heavy!
