Chalene Extreme Burn Intervals
I really enjoyed this tonight, I used the thigh toner band properly and push hard all the way through. Got more reps in than last time and apart from a couple of breaks on the tricep section I smashed it!!! Including all the burpees, the lunge jump shot section and I held the 5lb weights for most of the 'no weights' lunge section too. Best I've ever done it - Wahoo!!!
