I know I said it last time but this one really does make you loose some wet stuff!
It went slightly better this time because I'm little more familiar but the pacing is still pretty fast
I feel a little too fast for me sometimes to allow me to concentrate of form still but I'll get there I'm sure.
I managed a few full tricep push ups tonight so pleased with that but the down dog split section is tough my upper body still. My goal for this one is to get through this section without having to go to childs pose twice
Although I did manage 4 attempts of the extend leg out to the side when I think I only managed 2 ish last time so I should be grateful for that I too
And now I come to think about it I think I managed to keep going through the burpees section (slightly slower than them but I kept going) when I walked some of them last time lol go me! Maybe this stuff is really working
