Push press 3-3-3-3-3-3-3 reps
14-15-16-17-18-19- 20kg / 44lb PR
Felt good and strong - should have pushed more I think but lots of shoulder work last 3 days so didn't want to be stupid.
First 3 days on in 3 months - at last - try to keep to it now! Still careful of foot but things are normalising thankfully!
