10 Pull-ups - beginner ring rows feet under rings (10), (5,5) (6,4)

Splits:- 3.07, 4.17, 4.31
Short on time again today so great wod to pull in - cardio slowed me down grrrrr.
C/O a few back sqauts with empty 7kg bar just to check flexability as soooo long since I did any!
