OMG I actually managed to WOD today horrah!!! After 3 weeks of chaos!!!!!
101102 Barbara = Barbie
Warm up= arm swings/rotations, knee highs and side to side lunges with overhead press, 5 push ups pin 4, 5 blue band assist pull ups, 10 sit ups abmat, 10 abmat back extentions,
Puppies:
“Barbie”
Five rounds, each for time of:
5 Pull-ups - blue band assist at pin 5 as last time
10 Push-ups - done on bar at pin 4 as last time
15 Sit-ups - abmat unanchored hands pretty much on floor
20 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round. Post time for each of five rounds to comments
This time - Last time in May
Rnd 1 = 2.36 - 2.52
Rnd 2 = 2.31 - 2.45
Rnd 3 = 2.51 - 2.42
Rnd 4 = 3.35 (3 chins & 2 pulls, pushes broken 5,5, Squats broken) - 2.44
Rnd 5 = 3.39 (pushes broken 5,5, Sit ups slow, Squats broken) - 2.43
Total time 27.21 - 24.33
Wow it’s good to be wodding again but OMG I’m out of condition as my times show!!!
Even pukie nearly came knocking after round 2 - don’t usually feel him much at all!
Was also wary of knee during rounds 4 & 5 as my knee started clicking again = how much conditioning and flexibilty can you loose in 3 weeks of no wods = lots and lots grrrrrr
