Was late getting started tonight but took 2 Phd Body Sculpt pre workout capsules before I got going and I think it really helped - the caffeine really perked me up and helped me focus and the muscle fatigue seemed a lot less so I went for it ;)
Not done Plyocide since 2nd June 15 and it wasn't one of my favourites but tonight I really enjoyed it and got a great burn too!!
I didn't do the foam rolling or the stretching at the end to save on time and instead I went straight into Core 1 - got every rep and pleased with my form too ;)
Hope everyone is pushing hard???
