Was short on time tonight after an unexpected meeting so was slightly rushed but got it done.
Pleased with deadlifts tonight as upped the 8 reps set to 48kg / 106lb, the rest I kept the same but should have increased the plank rotation (got the wrong weights in my rush).
Special Ops Core was fun but tough as usual lol I did my best and forgot the rest :)
