Had a long hard day today working like a trojan but still got it done.
Felt week on some of these sets today, was toast towards the end, so decided not to be stupid and risk injury.
Some of the push ups sets I worked on good depth and quality over quantity.
Don't think my upper back was fully recovered from Bulk Back on sat which made the pull up variations harder than usual!
Onwards and upwards.
