I tried a new one tonight - Jericho's half and half.
To be honest I didn't really enjoy it, the warm up was up to supersonic speed before I was and it made everything feel like really hard work!
The 20 mins of cardio moves were not hard, it was easier than hard core so I'm not sure if it was not warming up or just tired body or what but it was no fun. I pushed through and the later rounds we're a little better. Few mins of Core stuff was fine and then into 20 mins of yoga. The yoga flowed differently than I'm used to and it was sort of ok.
Overall a bit disappointed but it was me rather than the workout I think?
