Loved this tonight - its a while since I've done it and most of my weights I matched from last time except I didn't want to go too heavy for the Deadlift as it's a while since I've done much so I stuck with 2 x 30lb / 14kg for 10 reps and it felt pretty good.
The heavy set of Clean & Press I had planned for 2 x 9kg / 20lb but I dropped to 8kgs / 18lbs. I managed the 2 x 9kg / 20lb for the Clean & Squat though just :)
But I increased the Clean Squat Jerk to 2 x 7kg / 15lbs so pleased with that.
I love the way it ramps up and gets tougher and tougher, it shows in my heart rate too! Great workout :)
