Tried some Pre workout tonight to give me an extra boost - I only took half the recommended scoops as I don't really have much caffeine and didn't know how it would react.
Did't feel much to be honest, a little more alert maybe?
But I got my workout in and loved it - Intervals+ really works me phew!!!
Chased it with Core 2 and that was tough too but I got done as much as I could but after poor eating yesterday and very restless sleep with nightmares I was toast at the end.
Better eating today so should be fine tomorrow providing I sleep well tonight, its warm again.
