This went fairly well today, upped some of my weights, lowered one and kept some the same. but still progress I feel.
I feel its majority upper chest this workout so instead declines, especially as I was wary of my back still, I did normal push ups today and they were tough after all the others which surprised my a little.
Working these small body parts I really find odd and overall all though the beast is getting me slowly stronger and bigger I'm not really enjoying it if I'm honest. So unsure if I will continue for weeks on end or if go back to tony and the P90X's????
