This was hard work today somehow, even the single row was just too god darn heavy tonight. Had to drop from 25lb to 22.5lb and still took breaks???
Got my deadlift up to 47kg for 8 reps though so that was a positive and the only increase on the day, oh except that I got all 30 pull ups just with a little toe help.
Some days are like this I guess, get some good food and rest and come back stronger for it!
