So I did Bulk Back tonight, increased my weights on pull over, the reverse grip row and up another 2kg / 4.4lb on my deadlift ;)
Chased it with Bulk Shoulders to catch up and was really chuffed to increase my Arnold press ;) I upped my upright row and reverse fly too.
Great workout and it felt much better working all of me instead of just one part - Is it just me that feels odd working one part per day????
