Pleased with arms tonight, it went pretty well with music again is much better.
Upped some of my weights, I even lowered the 15 rep weight for hammer curl down to 2kg from 3kg and it was much better. I was barely finishing before and this slight change made it doable, still tough but more doable.
I caused with T25 beta core cardio instead of doing beast cardio and abs tomorrow and I doubt I will get it in tomorrow.
