So after a very dodgy migraine today and a rough tummy I didn't think I was going to get anything done today but I perked up and push through and I'm so glad I did.
Really enjoyed Build back and Bi's, increased my deadlift again, increased my EZ bar Row and got lots more assisted pull ups (as in all 30 for the first time) and chin ups too - Wahoo!!!
I actually think I dropped my calories too low so I'm going to increase so I can function properly and see how I go.
