P90X3 Complex Lower & Complex Upper
Upped my weights again for both these workout so super pleased with that ;)
I just about got 1 unassisted chin up tonight too wahoo! only used a bit of toe on the wall but its more progress ;) and I managed 4 plyo push ups for the first time ever - didn't get very high but I was off the ground so wahoo again!!!
Only a little Kenpo/Combat/MMX tomorrow (not decided yet) and thats the end of week 3 of my second phase of my P90X hybrid!
