Body Beast Build Back and Bi's
Great to deadlift again - fairly light start with 37kg/81lb for 8 and I'm curious to see what I can get that up to by the end.
I have to be honest this time around I'm really enjoying it ;) I might miss the buzz of a good cardio routine soon and have to stick one in here and there just so I don't loose too much but see what Beast Cardio has in store for me tomorrow.
Calories are up but macros aren't dialled in yet so see how it goes.
