Smashed the Goblet Sumo and the Deadlift but the big bowflex are a little unwieldy at heavier weights. Also working my grip strength too.
Felt much stronger all round though so really pleased with progress.
Core 1 went exceptionally well, I hit every rep and my form was much better throughout.
This 4 day rotation seems to be working well at the moment. Upper strength, Lower strength + Core, Cardio, Yoga/BodyBalance, Upper Metabolic, Lower Metabolic, Combat + Core, Yoga/BodyBalance. With a rest day in there if I feel the need. :)
