Redo of this was again as Redoing Week 1.
Please with small progress and I like the format. I'm choosing the Low held Sumo Squat over the Goblet squat as its more functional for me lifting boxes at work.
The hamstring curl is quite strange and a little awkward but feels like its working. I was very cautious last week but 3kg felt good this week.
